I've been helped by a number of workers here who have been very helpful and kind. But there is one lady in particular who works there who is just so incredibly and unreasonably rude, aggressive and disrespectful. She seemed to make other customers uncomfortable and was triggered by basic questions I had about my package, as if she was trying to invoke a response in me. I remained calm the entire time and if she's still there I encourage others to do the same and not feed into that negativity, because those types of people feed off of it. My same questions were answered very kindly by a different worker. It sounds like others have had similar experiences and I think this Post Office needs a clearing.
